UK Postage and Packing Charges
 

  • All orders to mainland UK and Northern Ireland £4.95 per order (Excludes large furniture and some special order items ; delivery costs available on request)
  • Postage to Channel Islands and Scottish Isles may differ; charges available upon request.

International Postage Costs

  • Postage outside the UK will be charged at cost; we will advise charges on receipt of an order.
  • The postage cost will only be charged and the order dispatched on acceptance of these charges.
  • Import duty; If your order is being delivered outside of the European Union you will not be charged VAT but you will be responsible for any customs or import duties once the goods reach your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be.


Payment

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards and Paypal.
  • Credit Card payments are processed through Paypal Express Gateway, and are totally secure. (You are not required to have a Paypal account to pay by credit card.
  • Alternatively, you can telephone 01799 500117 with your credit card details.
  • We do not store credit/debit card details nor do we share customer financial details with any 3rd parties
  • We regret that we are no longer able to accept payment by cheque.

Dispatch

  • Goods will be dispatched as soon as available after payment is authorized.
  • We aim to dispatch in stock items within two days, or two weeks if an items needs to be ordered for you.
  • However some of our larger products are made to order in America and can take several weeks to fill. You will be advised of the expected dispatch date when your order is received.


Returns Policy
 

  • If you are not entirely satisfied with your products, please return in the original packaging, with receipts, within 7 days for an exchange or full purchase price refund. Original and return postage costs are non-refundable except in the case of faulty or damaged goods.
  • Refunds will be made to the original credit/debit card or Paypal account used for payment, and will be completed within 14 days of receipt of the returned items.
  • We regret that we cannot refund or exchange bespoke or special order items.

Undelivered Orders

  • If orders cannot be delivered to the address provided, refunds will only be given once the goods have been received back into stock in their original condition, and will only cover the cost of the items; postage/shipping costs are non-refundable.
